What this website does not do

This website does not use cookies of any kind — neither first-party nor third-party. It does not load any client-side analytics (no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no tracking pixels). It does not load any third-party scripts. It does not use a Consent Management Platform because there is nothing to consent to. No data about your visit is transmitted to any third party.

What this website does collect

When you visit mtecsoft.com, the Apache web server automatically records a standard access log entry containing: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested URL, the HTTP status code, the referrer URL, and your browser's user agent string.

This data is used exclusively for security monitoring (detecting attacks, diagnosing errors). It is not linked to any user profile or identifier. It is not shared with any third party. Log files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Legal basis

Processing of server log data is based on legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically the interest in maintaining the security and availability of this website. The processing is minimal, proportionate, and temporary.

Email communication

If you contact us by email, we process your name, email address, and message content to respond to your enquiry. This is based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures) or 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in responding to correspondence). We do not add your address to any mailing list.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@mtecsoft.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

Hosting

This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany). Hetzner processes server log data as a data processor on our behalf under a standard Data Processing Agreement. Hetzner's privacy policy is available at hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date. No prior versions of this policy exist.
